About the RoleWe're seeking a talented Software Developer 1 to join our front-end team. As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications using a variety of technologies, including TypeScript, React, and C#.
As a Software Developer 1, you'll work closely with senior developers to hone your skills and contribute to progressively more complex development or testing. You'll also participate in informal information and development sessions within the team to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop high-quality code for the Maestro web client, application server, and related technologies.
- Act as the development prime to elaborate, design, and implement new features.
- Enhance product quality by fixing bugs, writing tests, and improving product performance.
- Grow our design system by contributing to our reusable component library.
- Collaborate with other Development, Quality Assurance, User Experience, and Documentation teams to deliver new features.
- Post-secondary education in a field related to software design, such as Computer Science or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of work experience building web applications.
- Experience with at least one front-end framework, such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience writing unit tests and end-to-end tests.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
