Vancouver Coastal Health is in search of a Lead Hand Plumber to become a vital part of their team. This role is based at a healthcare facility and encompasses the coordination of plumbing operations, oversight of plumbing personnel, and execution of advanced plumbing tasks. The preferred candidate will possess a Certificate of Apprenticeship or a Trades Qualification Certificate as a journeyman Plumber, complemented by relevant experience and certifications. Proximity to the workplace is advantageous due to the nature of on-call responsibilities.
Primary Duties:
- Manage and organize plumbing work orders
- Oversee assigned plumbing staff
- Conduct skilled plumbing operations as a Journeyman
- Ensure maintenance of Gas Contractor Registration Certificate
