Job Summary

Castella Airport Outlet Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and reliable Food Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Authorize Returns: Process customer returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, retail business.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliability, dependability, judgement, ability to multitask.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months, permanent position, 30 hours per week, English language.
