About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Golden Oven European Bakery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bakery, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Development and Execution: Develop and implement new recipes and menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and taste.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of bakers and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards of quality and excellence.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and development, working with our management team to implement new initiatives and strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related industry
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
