- Negotiate with Suppliers: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible rates and services for the hotel.
- Front Desk Management: Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize hotel performance.
- Maintenance and Facilities: Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and meet high standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position with a variable schedule of 32-35 hours per week.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
