Sukhman Drywall Ltd. is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable individual to supervise our maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Train and develop maintenance staff to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Manage maintenance budgets and estimate costs for materials and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and recommend personnel actions as needed
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to identify maintenance needs
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as required
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role
  • Ability to work on site and manage a team
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
