About the Role

Cybour Technology Inc. is seeking a skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital solutions team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Confer with clients to identify requirements and consult with clients to develop and document website requirements.
  • Design and Development: Prepare mock-ups and storyboards, design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions, and create and optimize content for the website using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software.
  • Security and Quality Assurance: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches, and conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure with tight deadlines. The role requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to distinguish between colors and sound discrimination.

Requirements
