Inventory Management and ControlEstimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Quality Control and AssuranceEnsure that food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and taking corrective action as necessary.
Customer Service and RelationsAddress customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management as required.
Tray Assembly and DeliverySupervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Work Scheduling and PlanningEstablish and manage work schedules, ensuring that our staff are adequately trained and equipped to meet the demands of our food service operations.
About You- Leadership and Supervisory Experience
You will have 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving results.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal SkillsYou will possess excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
Flexibility and AdaptabilityYou will be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances as required.
