About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Labourer to join our Precast division in Calgary. As a Labourer, you will provide support in all areas of the plant, ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and transport materials, equipment, and finished products throughout the plant
  • Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
  • Participate in daily Pre-Production Meetings to discuss tasks and priorities
  • Complete Field Level Risk Assessments before beginning each task to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in a production line setting, preferably in a precast plant
  • Ability to lift 55 lbs and work in a fast-paced, high-production environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
