Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Banker to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial advice to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to customers, helping them make informed decisions about their financial lives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, products, and services, and communicate this knowledge to customers to help them make informed decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives, including attracting and retaining customers, and increasing revenue.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies, including identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • IFIC or CSC certification, or equivalent experience.
  • CFSA certification to be completed upon hire.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field, preferred.
