Job Description

As a key member of the Asahi International team, the Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for the administration of Asahi's payroll and HR platforms. This includes working with external payroll and benefit providers to maintain the highest standards for auditing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and audit all inputs for both UK and Ireland payroll processes.
  • Reconcile payroll, benefits, and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Respond to payroll queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Adhere to payroll policies and procedures, and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in payroll records.
  • Prepare and provide relevant data for internal and external audits.
  • Upload and process monthly pension scheme data.
  • Prepare data for benchmarking companies on an annual basis.
  • Track headcount and turnover reports on a monthly basis and communicate any shifts in expected trends.

Requirements:

  • Extensive payroll experience, with a strong understanding of payroll practices, auditing, and processing.
  • UK and international payroll experience is essential.
  • Solid knowledge of payroll practice and laws.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
