Responsibilities
We're currently recruiting for a Keyholder (Part-Time) to join our Flin Flon, MB store team. As a Keyholder, you'll assist the Store Manager in all areas of store operations, including:
- Sales and revenue growth
- Expense management and control
- Shrinkage reduction and inventory management
- Customer service and satisfaction
- Merchandising and visual displays
- Freight and receiving
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need general experience in retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment. You'll be available to work weekends and be a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
