About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Tikva Oosterhuis. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Household Chores: Make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry: Launder clothing and household linens.
  • Windows and Walls: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Changing Rooms and Showers: Clean changing rooms and showers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar field is an asset.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to work independently, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, flexibility, organized, reliability, values and ethics, patience, and honesty.
