Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Iqaluit Valupharm Drugs. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prescription Processing: Verify the accuracy of prescription information and ensure that medications are prepared and dispensed correctly.
  • Client Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of medications and pharmaceutical products, ensuring that our inventory is up-to-date and well-organized.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
