Estimating Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to lead our construction estimating team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in creating and monitoring construction estimates across various project types and delivery methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in preparing estimates for major projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage department functions, including operating budgets, staffing, wage reviews, work assignments, and performance evaluations.
- Determine bid strategies, plan, coordinate, and supervise large projects.
- Review final estimate packages for accuracy and completeness prior to quotation.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical training/experience.
- Advanced management or technical training preferred.
- 10+ years experience in facility construction estimating and related functions.
- Thorough knowledge of estimating strategies, construction contracts, and corporate objectives impacting estimating.
- Strong organizational, supervisory, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to obtain CISD Reliability and Secret Clearance.
