Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Plant Labourer to join our team at Central Paving Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, as well as cleaning and lubricating cranes and other equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload construction materials from trucks and equipment
  • Transport materials to and from construction sites
  • Clean and lubricate cranes, hoists, and other heavy equipment
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour
  • Good communication skills
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals. The work will involve working outdoors in various weather conditions.
