Maintain Financial and Production RecordsAccurately maintain and analyze financial and production records to inform business decisions and optimize farm operations.
Negotiate with Clients for Provision of ServicesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients to negotiate and provide high-quality agricultural services, including seeding, crop management, and harvesting.
Provide Agricultural Crop ServicesProvide expert agricultural crop services, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting, to ensure optimal crop yields and quality.
Maintain Work Records and LogsAccurately maintain work records and logs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery and EquipmentOperate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and safety.
Work Term and HoursThis is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
