Senior Mobile UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile UX/UI Designer to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centered mobile experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role

The Senior Mobile UX/UI Designer will play a critical role in shaping the design direction of our mobile products. You will work closely with our product management, development, and QA teams to ensure that our designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also meet the technical requirements of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' business goals and user needs
  2. Design and deliver high-quality mobile experiences that meet the needs of our clients and users
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design decisions are informed by business and user needs
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies and apply them to our mobile products
  5. Provide design critique and mentorship to junior designers
  6. Contribute to the development of our design process and standards

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in mobile UX/UI design
  2. Portfolio that demonstrates experience producing user flows, wireframes, hi-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, and successful delivery of innovative mobile interface designs for iOS and Android
  3. Degree in UX design, Interaction Design, and/or Graphic design
  4. Previous experience using Agile methodology in a design team
  5. Experience designing mobile products that comply with WCAG
  6. Strong communication and presentation skills
  7. Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
  8. Expertise in using and adapting to design and prototyping tools: Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Invision, Zeplin
