Nail Salon Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at The Nail Boutique. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedule for our nail technicians to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Monitor Quality and Production Levels: Regularly inspect the quality of our nail services and products to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Oversee Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure that our salon is clean and well-maintained, including the cleaning of specialty and difficult items.
- Requisition and Order Materials: Order and manage the inventory of materials and supplies needed for our nail services.
- Resolve Work Problems: Address any issues or concerns that may arise during work hours and provide technical advice to our nail technicians.
- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train our nail technicians in their job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and a team player.
