Home Care Assistant Position

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistant to join our team at Home Care. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed by clients' healthcare providers.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and watching movies.
  • Errands: Assist clients with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and other errands as needed.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Current certifications in CPR and First Aid are required.
  • Background Check: Pass a thorough background check, including a criminal background check and reference checks.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for long periods and may be required to lift or move clients.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: You will work in a fast-paced environment, responding to the needs of clients and adapting to changing situations.
