Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Aircraft Ground Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient ground handling services to our aircraft, including marshalling, fueling, and maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Safely Marshalling Aircraft: Ensure the safe movement of aircraft on the ground, taking care to secure the aircraft and provide car valet service, luggage handling as necessary.
  • Fueling and Maintenance: Safely operate fuel trucks, fueling and completing aircraft orders, and handle aviation/jet fuel quality checks by conducting various tests and procedures.
  • Ground Handling Services: Provide a range of ground services to aircraft, including connecting ground power units, lavatory waste disposal, potable water, and anti-ice equipment replenishment.
  • Facilities and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of all facilities and equipment, and prepare type 4 spray equipment during winter operations.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as required to support the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • License: Valid G driver's license required.
  • Experience: Aviation experience considered an asset.
  • Skills: Team player with good communication skills, basic computer skills, excellent customer service skills, and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
