Job Title: Retail Sales Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Clerk to join our team at Sweet Deals Liquidation. As a Retail Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying up displays.
  • Meet sales goals and targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
