Retail Store Manager

Fruiticana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, stockroom personnel, and management team members.
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure efficient store operations and excellent customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop store staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of store transactions.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to senior management.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in the store.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail store management or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and senior management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
