Work Schedule: Flexible Shifts (Days, Weekends *Primarily covering Sunday shifts ); 8-hour shifts

Job Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be tasked with executing and interpreting a variety of ultrasound procedures, including:

  • Vascular and General Ultrasound
  • Arterial Doppler and Segmental Limb Pressures Pre and Post Exercise
  • Carotid Doppler and Duplex Scans
  • Venous Doppler Studies and Duplex Scans
  • Digit Pressures and Vasodilation
  • Venous Duplex R/O DVT & Venous Reflux studies
  • Proficiency in abdominal, pelvic, obstetrical, and small parts ultrasound is essential
  • Experience in musculoskeletal and neuro-sonography is advantageous

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered and in good standing Vascular Technologist/Sonographer with CMRITO, RDMS, or RVT preferred or Canadian equivalent
  • Graduation from an accredited diagnostic vascular technologist program, with a minimum of one (1) year of recent relevant experience. Certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Canadian Association of Registered Diagnostic Ultrasound Professionals (CARDUP) is preferred
  • Current experience in a hospital setting is mandatory
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proven ability to maintain current knowledge within the field
  • Satisfactory performance and attendance record with effective communication skills
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
