Culinary Operations Supervisor

The Culinary Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of food services. This position involves overseeing the daily operations of food preparation and service, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Ensure that all food and service offerings comply with quality control standards.
- Supervise the assembly of meal trays to ensure accuracy and presentation.
- Manage the receipt, unpacking, and storage of supplies in various storage areas including refrigerators and freezers.
- Ability to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed.
- Regular walking is required.
- Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to changing situations.
- Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Employment duration is permanent.
- Work language is English.
- Standard working hours are 35 hours per week.
