Emterra Group is collaborating with Adams Heavy Duty to recruit a Curbside Collection Loader to become part of the Cumberland Curbside Team. In this role, you will work alongside the Driver to ensure timely completion of routes while collecting, transporting, and disposing of waste and recycling materials in accordance with established guidelines. This position reports directly to the Adams Route Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect curbside materials from residential and commercial properties
- Maintain accurate daily records of pickups
- Perform repetitive tasks that include heavy lifting (up to 55lbs/25 kgs)
- Adhere to safe work practices
- Carry out duties in various weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, or snow)
- Assist in refuse collection in additional areas as needed
- Dispose of collected materials according to established policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Capability to lift up to 50lbs
- Punctual, dependable, and a strong team player
- Safety-conscious approach to daily responsibilities
- Excellent client service and public interaction skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in reading and writing to accurately record pickups and maintain daily logs
