As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates of labour and material costs for our construction projects. Your expertise will help us make informed decisions about project feasibility and profitability. Key responsibilities include:

* Preparing estimates of labour and/or material costs
* Reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
* Preparing estimates for general expenses and overheads
* Providing economic feasibility studies and preliminary estimates for proposed projects
* Projecting cash flow and financing requirements
* Creating and submitting estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms
* Setting up cost monitoring and reporting systems
* Monitoring and adjusting contract expenditures
* Maintaining a directory of supplies and trade contractors

If you have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in construction estimating, we encourage you to apply. You will work on a permanent basis, 30 hours per week, and will be required to travel on the road. Fluency in English is essential. We look forward to hearing from you.
