Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Writer to join our team at GTL Transportation Inc. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs.
  • Assist customers with scheduling appointments and answering questions about our services.
  • Work closely with our technicians to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
