**Job Summary:**
Elliott Electric Supply is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe receipt, storage, handling, shipping, and preparation of products for customer delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness of orders
- Store and maintain inventory in a safe and organized manner, adhering to company standards and regulations
- Operate inventory control equipment, including bar-coding and handheld devices
- Prepare and ship products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize warehouse operations
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret orders, match orders to shipping tickets, and identify products by size, type, style, color, or product code
- Basic math skills and reasoning abilities
- Certification of power-truck equipment operation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and withstand extreme temperatures in a typical warehouse environment
- Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
**Physical Requirements:**
- Able to move and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Able to withstand extreme temperatures in a typical warehouse environment
- Position spends a large amount of time standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing
- Occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds
