As a driver with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, you will have the opportunity to earn up to $19.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on your experience. Our competitive compensation package includes a base hourly rate, plus the potential for cash gratuity from satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings.
  • Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the premises.
  • Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, and comfortably interface with customers.
  • Assist with truck inspections and moving equipment inventory.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.

Requirements:

  • Commitment to customer service excellence and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Relentlessly positive attitude.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience in general labor, landscaping, construction, or warehouse environments is helpful.
  • Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
  • Strong logic and mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers and decimals.
  • Ability to perform these operations using units of dollars, weight measurement, volume, distance, and time.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Valid Canadian driver's license and good driving record (Must have full G License).
  • Legally allowed to work in Canada.
