As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily production of baked goods, managing staff, and ensuring the highest quality products meet our established standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Oversee the preparation, baking, and packaging of bread, pastries, and other baked goods, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer demands.
  • Staff Supervision: Train, supervise, and motivate a team of bakers and pastry chefs to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and manage inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train

Working Conditions
