Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and facilities
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency

Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience
