Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Leading the design and analysis of bridges and structures, from conceptualization through to detailed construction drawings.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success, including engineers, technicians, and clients.
  • Preparing technical reports, specifications, and presentations to communicate complex engineering concepts effectively.
  • Managing project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely completion within allocated resources.
  • Providing on-site support during construction phases, overseeing contractor performance and addressing any technical challenges.

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Over 10 years of proven experience in bridge and structural design.
  • A strong understanding of engineering principles and relevant design codes and standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry-standard software tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
