We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and present estimates to customers, ensuring that they understand the work required and the costs involved

• Interpret inspection results and present them to customers in a clear and concise manner

• Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

• Work closely with our technicians to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively

• Contribute to the effectiveness of our team, promoting a positive and productive work environment

• Increase and optimize retail sales and shop profitability, achieving or exceeding our objectives and goals

• Maximize the safety and well-being of our employees and contribute to our commitment to being a good corporate citizen in our communities

• Perform a range of repairs and maintenance tasks, including tire installations, oil services, and battery installations

• Conduct visual safety and courtesy inspections to ensure that our customers' vehicles are safe and roadworthy

**Requirements**

• General automotive knowledge and experience in the automotive industry

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers

• Good communication and team-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver's license and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
