Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design and development of innovative solutions for our Digital Hearing Care Platform.
  • Collaborate with our technology-driven team to brainstorm and implement new features and functionalities.
  • Ensure the reliability and maintainability of our codebase, adhering to best development practices.
  • Explore experimental technologies and contribute to our product and technical roadmaps.
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in weekly technical workshops, code reviews, and pair programming.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with Clojure Script and at least 5 years of experience in front-end web applications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in back-end web applications, with a strong understanding of Ruby on Rails.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS, as well as a BSc or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality code and provide constructive code reviews.
  • Ability to learn, analyze, and adopt new technologies, with strong communication skills across all channels.
