Position Overview:

The role of Water Treatment Solutions Consultant involves engaging in direct sales of water treatment systems, including water heaters and tankless units, while also generating leads for additional sales opportunities. This position is primarily home-based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with various sales channels.
  • Proactively identify water treatment sales opportunities, guiding prospects from lead qualification to successful closure, installation, and follow-up.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through professional and timely communication with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to refine strategies, implement initiatives, and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by thoroughly understanding our operational model and effectively addressing customer concerns and issues. This role requires self-generated business development and market expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales environment.
  • Familiarity with the industry in a sales capacity is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving performance objectives and sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster long-term customer relationships; prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Experience in in-home sales is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting performance and quality targets.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
