Security Supervisor

Alert Guard Security Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security personnel and ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule work and activities for security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Client Support: Assist clients with special requirements, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks with other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports, providing detailed insights into security operations and personnel performance.
- Employee Supervision: Supervise and schedule activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
- Procedure Development: Establish work procedures, ensuring that all security operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Security Guard License: Possess a valid Security Guard License, demonstrating your commitment to security and compliance.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and flexibility to meet changing demands.
- Pressure Management: Work under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in high-stress situations.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client focus, prioritizing their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Effective Communication: Possess excellent oral communication skills, ensuring clear and concise communication with clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility: Display flexibility, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Organization: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
