About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Childcare Specialist to join our team at DEL MEI FAMILY. As a Childcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to our children in a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Childcare and Education: Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, and organize activities such as games and outings for children.
  • Housekeeping and Meal Preparation: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and prepare and serve nutritious meals.
  • Emotional Support: Tend to the emotional well-being of children and provide a nurturing environment.
  • Supervision and Safety: Supervise and care for children, and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking and scent-free environment.
  • Work Setting: Employer's home with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
