Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Helper to join our team at Super Star Roofing Ltd. As a Roofing Helper, you will assist in various aspects of roofing construction, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and assisting in framing houses.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the supervision of experienced roofers.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, as needed.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various locations, often at heights. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but you must be willing to train and learn on the job.
  • Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
