Machinist Millwright Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machinist Millwright to join our team at ARO Technologies Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building, assembling, and maintaining mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and assemble mechanical equipment using various machine shop tools
  • Perform welding tasks using different processes
  • Interpret mechanical drawings to assemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot equipment
  • Work with pneumatic and hydraulic circuits
  • Develop strong communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Successful completion of a Millwright trade license or related Mechanical trade license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Robotic knowledge and experience
  • Good customer relations skills

Work Environment

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with overtime as required. Some travel may be necessary.
