Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at our Shawinigan plant. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating production equipment safely and efficiently to meet quality and productivity requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment to manufacture high-quality cables
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives
Requirements
- Secondary education
- Desirable: post-secondary education in a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate: $29.63-$35.37
- Full-time position with 40 hours per week
