Job Title: Plant/Field Operator

Roska DBO Inc. is seeking an experienced Plant/Field Operator to join our team based out of the Strathmore/Drumheller, AB area. This is a home every night position, and candidates must reside in the area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain refrigeration, dehydration, and compression equipment
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in oil battery and field operations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Strong computer and production reporting skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and handle issues as they arise
  • Required safety tickets (First Aid, H2S, etc.)
  • Capable of passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
  • Full class 5 driver license
