Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Communication: Coordinate with other departments, including purchasing and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve inventory-related problems, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
