Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team at Beltone. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible hearing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide personalized recommendations for hearing aid solutions.
  • Fit and adjust hearing aids to ensure optimal performance and comfort for patients.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for hearing aids, including repairs and adjustments.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote hearing aid solutions and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in hearing aid technology to provide the best possible solutions for patients.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner in good standing in the Province of Alberta, or eligible for Hearing Aid Practitioner status due to inter-provincial license acceptance.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service, with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making and judgment skills.
  • Commitment to integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and colleagues.
