Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Site Superintendent to join our team at Whistler Personnel. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction personnel, including laborers, carpenters, and engineers
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project deliverables are met
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
