Key Responsibilities
- Oversee certification initiatives with relevant regulatory authorities.
- Develop wiring diagrams, schematic illustrations, or engineering guidelines for assembling electronic units, utilizing knowledge of electronic principles and components.
- Evaluate and produce electrical engineering plans to guarantee compliance with design specifications and relevant electrical codes and standards.
- Select electronic equipment, components, or systems to fulfill functional requirements.
- Design electrical control systems, industrial automation frameworks, or electrical apparatus, including control circuits, variable speed drives, or programmable logic controllers.
- Maintain comprehensive records documenting engineering schematics, installed equipment, operational challenges, resources utilized, repairs, or corrective actions taken.
- Calculate design specifications or costs, material, and resource estimates, while preparing project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with the design team to enhance existing and new products (from conception through production), manufacturing processes (including automation), etc.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing setting.
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in General, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Process Engineering.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of manufacturing processes (control, methods, automation).
- Understanding and practical application of robotics, mechatronics, and automation in manufacturing processes and systems.
- Proficient in technical writing for manufacturing documentation (PFMEA, Process Flow, Control Plan, Work Instructions, and Checklists).
- Strong understanding of small engine components (mechanical and electrical).
- Experience with software tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
