Job Title: Millwright - Day Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Millwright in an industrial setting.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents.
  • Familiarity with welding, fabrication, and machining techniques.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Millwright License.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Millwright.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available for a DAY SHIFT; but willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
