  • Swiftly manage any crisis or emergency situations.
  • Prepare and submit regular status updates.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with store teams.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities and a welcoming attitude.
  • Capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Able to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
  • Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is beneficial.
