Job Title: Retail Sales Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our team at SAS Retail Services. As a Retail Sales Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in providing in-store merchandising support to our retail partners, ensuring that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide in-store merchandising support to retail partners, including building displays and end caps, and resetting shelves.
  2. Support leadership with reporting and training, ensuring that all merchandising activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Utilize technology, such as smartphones and tablets, to record work after each shift and track progress.
  5. Travel independently within your assigned territory to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of merchandising experience and/or planogram experience.
  2. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work, including moving, bending, and standing.
  3. Reliable transportation to and from work location.
  4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
