As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. We're looking for someone who is passionate about building connections with our guests and providing exceptional customer service.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, is a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a close-knit team that values teamwork and collaboration.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.40, a tip pool, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Our team members also enjoy employee discounts on our delicious food and flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
- Welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Communicating effectively with guests and team members
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for part-time varied shifts
